We're working on creating a Service Request form for the Service Desk when an asset is being decommissioned or replaced for a user. In the decommission form, the Service Desk will include the asset in the asset field to identify what asset will be decommissioned.
The two tasks we're trying to do is:
In the form, when we select the asset is "Recycled" can this be updated in the assets module of SDP.
When the asset is marked as Recycled, in the asset module can this information be passed through to ADManager to disable the AD Computer object, and moved to an OU? Can this be done via API or a csv export for AD Manager to pick up and process?
