Disable a Support Group / Rename
Hello,
So I gave up on deleting or disable support groups as we can not loose the data from old tickets in the system. So I've decided to just re-name them to X Group, that way people will stop using them and put them at the bottom of the list. From the looks when you update it in default setting, it doesn't carry to all of our 445 sites.
Do I need to do this manually or Does anyone know of a easier way to do this?
