Disable a Support Group / Rename
Hello,
So I gave up deleting or disable support groups as we can not loose the old tickets in the system. So decided to just re-name them to X Group so people stop using them and put them at the bottom of the list. From the looks of it though I need to rename it on all 445 sites.
Does anyone know of a easier way to do this?
