trying to configure SSL for a customer and am having a problem

 

It looks like the customer had generated the csr and keystore files and made the edits to the server.xml as instructed but it looks like the certificate the site is using is the  certificate issued to www.adselfserviceplus.com. I dont know if they ran the command line scripts because I dont see anything in the instructions that references DigiCert certificates.

 

I went back in and unchecked the box to Enable SSL port and restarted the ADSelfServicePlus service. However when I try and go to http://localhost:8888 I am immdiately redirected to the SSL address https://localhost:9251.

 

I've cleared browser cache, temp files, cookies, etc.... and restarted the service several times and still cannot get the thing to reset.

 

Ideas?
