Difficulty getting remote agent to install.

I'm evaluating the free version of Desktop Central 5, build 50014.

I've tried to push out the remote agent on five computers, and only been successful on one of them. I keep getting the following error:

*****Agent installation failed on Remote Machine FTPSERVER due to .The service has returned a service-specific error code. Error Code:(1066)*****

I tried to download the agent and install it manually at each workstation and received the following error on each workstation:

*****The following error occured on file, C:\Windows\System32\libxml2.dll. Access is denied. (0X5)*****

I am logged into these workstation as domain administrator, with full access rights.

Firewalls are turned off on each computer. The Operating systems I�ve tried installing this on are all Windows XP Pro, and Windows Server 2003.

Any suggestions. The product would be a definite purchase, if I can get it to work.
