Differents Rights Problems on Service Desk +

Hi ALL !

My version : SDP Version : 7.0.0 Build 7020 PRO

My Team has some troubles. We are 9 technicians. We defined some roles.
I've "SDAdmin" role, so for me all is OK. We defined for each "Access levels" two level : for i.e for "Requests" we've created "SD_Requests_lvl0" and "SD_Requests_lvl1". The only difference is "SD_Requests_lvl1" has Full Control whereas the other role has just view/add/edit.

First Problem:
So for my technicians, in order to do their jobs of working on incidents has the "SD_Requests_lvl1" role. BUT their is a lack. They can't edit Created Date and DueBy Date on an incident. I can do it with "SDAdmin" role.

Second Problem:
I've an other technician who is in charge of asset. He must create product and vendor, so I have granted him to acces purchase. In our company we don't use purchase. But this technician is not "SDAdmin" so he can't go on Admin panel and can't create vendor or product.
On purchase I can create because I've these buttons...

So in conclusion I hope I'm clear. We don't want to grant every technician with "SDAdmin" to do some stuff. It's weird because for each need, for i.ie purchase or request technicians have full control....
