Different value between ping service and availibity in report
Dear sir,
i've got a problem when i generate weekly report, my server (called : x) got different value between Ping service and avalibilty server, after crosscheck, i knew that availability server show 100 %, it should be less then it, because the server has restart before, but in Ping report show the right value 99,8 % (about 5 menit downtime) .
Note : Availibilty collection using SNMP (Poll : 5 minutes)
Ping service pool 5 minutes.
