Different incident template & ID
Hi,
I'm just wondering if there is a way to create a separate incident template for a different specific job and have it having a seperate ID numbering system? For example normal incident template that we use for most jobs is up to 900 or so in ID numbers but is there a way i can create a new incident template for example called "Certain job" that begins again at 000.
So I can in theory have two different ID numbers that do not affect each other?
