different device template for multiple farms of linux machines
Hi,
Each farm of linux machine is used for different purpose and has different monitoring requirements.
Is it possible to create multiple linux server device templates, one for each farm of machines? Is it possible to get the automatic device discovery mechanism to automatically categorize each machine? Perhaps base on ip address or hostname?
One approach I can think of is to run multiple OpManager. This is not ideal because of I have multiple banks of machines for different use.
