Difference of Category from Service Categories
Hi guys,
We are new in setting up ME SD+. I would like to hear from you what are the difference of the two?
Am I correct that the "Category" refers to type of request/ticket?
Can you also share a sample Service Categories please for a company that will host a Helpdesk for its affiliates?
