Hi,
I have noticed a
difference between a user that is automatically imported when my Azure AD User Sync
runs at scheduled time and when I manually import a user from Azure using the
Import from Azure button in Requesters.
If a user is imported via Azure AD Sync, it sends an invitation email to the user inviting them to sign up for a Zoho account....
They then have to go through a number of steps to join the organisation and accepting various prompts.
However, if I manually import the user from Azure in the Requester page in Setup, they do not get an invite email and can log straight in to SDP Requester portal without having to mess about as above.
Question:
1. Why is there a difference?
2. Can the auto import from Azure not behave the same as the manual import because it is much less long winded and easier for a requester?
3. If the Azure auto import cannot do this then can I edit the email that a user receives because lots of people think this is a spam email e.g. it is not branded with our logo etc.
4. What do you recommend as the best/easiest way for a requester to sign in to the Requester portal? We want it to be as quick and easy as possible for a new member of staff to get setup and be able to log a ticket or search solutions.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice
Alan
