Diff between Service Monitors and Windows Service monitor

Diff between Service Monitors and Windows Service monitor

Hi All,
What is the difference between Service Monitor and Windows Service Monitor in OpManager MSP edition. To me they both seems to monitor Windows Services and trying to figure out what the difference is. Please let me know.
