Dial-in change for users

Testing the AD-Manager-Plus (4.1.1) , I tried to change the Dial-in option.

It can be viewed by:

AD-reports=>User reports=>Dial-in Allow Access or
AD-reports=>User reports=>Dial-in Allow Deny

But I cannot find a way to change it...
Can this be done within AD-Manager-plus?
