Devices is up but OpManager displays down

OS: Win XP
Software: OpManager 5

When I add networks/devices to monitor, discovery is successful.
All services are detected and up, devices too. But after a while (I think after the next poll), devices are displayed down (servers) and sometimes two or three polls missed (but next poll, devices are down).
But when I do a snapshot on a device supposed to be down, all informations are displayed: interfaces, services (shown down while they're up), cpu load, memory, ... All those informations are correct but the device stays displayed down. I try several update status or delete device and recreate one from scratch, but all my devices are going down after some polls. I can ping them on web interface ping tool, traceroute, delete alarms, or whatever, devices stay down.
I look into logs and I notice some lines:

192.168.0.1 is running an snmp agent, I can snmpwalk over it and snapshot works for this device.
