DeviceExport Supported Devices question
Hello,
I'm doing a NCM software selection and DeviceExpert is at the top of the list. First question from customer is related to the new devices that are not supported (NEC, Proxim). I don't know all the answers, so I have to ask here:
1. is it possible to build by ourself a template for devices not supported ?
2. if not possible, the new template is free of charge or should be included into support contract ?
3. if customer has not a support contract, how many is the costs to build a new template ?
