DeviceExpert web cannot be accessed from other host?
Hi, I would like to know what can I check to troubleshoot this issue.
I installed DeviceExpert on port 6060. It can be accessed from inside the server itself via localhost:6060 but when accessed from other host via IP address and port 6060 it only gave me blank page without any error message.
Previously it used to works fine and can be accessed normally from other host. There is no change and suddenly it just won't work. I can assure that no firewall blocking and no network issue. And as additional info, other ManageEngine web services such as ADAudit and ADManager (installed in other port in the same server) can be accessed normally from other host using IP address
Please kindly advise.
