DeviceExpert integration with OpManager

DeviceExpert integration with OpManager

We've been running OpManager for awhile and recently purchased DeviceExpert.

Both titles are running on the same system. We decided to use the intregration feature in OpManager. Now when I log into OpManager and then Device Expert, if I click on any link in OpManager I get booted back to the logon page with the message "Your session had been timed out for security reasons. Please re-login".

This also occurs if I logon to OpManager and try to perform a DeviceExpert task like view the Running Config of a router. A pop up window prompts for DeviceExpert credentials (not sure why since you specify a username/password in the integration setup), and then the config displays, but clicking on any links on the main OpManager window kicks me back to the logon page.

I thought it may have something to do with SSL as it does this as soon as I click on the SSL security warning for DeviceExpert. So I decided to create a self signed SSL certificate. I now have DeviceExpert running without it prompting about the certificate, but the logoff issue in OpManager still exists.

In the integration section, you have to supply the server.keystore file, but I'm now using a p12 file in server.xml for SSL and I can't choose that file.

This is all within the same browser session (tried IE7 using tabs and Chrome). If I open each title in their own browser session I have no problems. However that defeats the point of integration.

I'm at a loss here. Any ideas?
