Device Type and WMI access

Device Type and WMI access

Hi,

I have various Windows XP computers that I'd like to change the device type from "Windows XP" to "Windows XP Tablet", "Windows 2000", "Windows 2005 MCE". However, once I switch to these new device type, SNMP, WMI no longer work?

Is there a workaround for this?
