Running OpManager Build Number 11500 with NFA v10.2.5 Build 10250

We have multiple devices loaded into the system at the moment, and i am trying to configure the alerting side of the system.

In order to minimise false positives, we are tuning the threshold settings for each device template (windows 2012 r2 mostly, but a number of other OS versions).

The issues that we are finding are when setting the thresholds for the WMI or SNMP alerts on CPU, RAM and Disk usage, they are not applied out to the devices using those templates. If you look at each device, the thresholds are blank and disabled - even after performing an update status or even a rediscovery.

Any ideas what is causing this? Is it just process that i am not following, or is something not working correctly?
