Many of my devices show a yellow exclamation marker next to it, yet when I go to the SNAPSHOT view, I see no problems. Why are some of them marked with a alerts when there are no Alarms and all data is being captured.

Additionally, how can I get OpManager to not show a problem when I have a VMware VM turned off. If I need to be alerted of a problem for a machine, I will add it to be monitored.
