Device Serial Numbes missing

Device Serial Numbes missing

Hi,

We are trying to add Brocade FCX switches to our IT Assets, but after the scan/discovery a lot of information is missing, mainly the serial number of the device which is the most important field. Is there a way to fix it, i know the OID for it, can we add that OID to ServiceDesk to get this info?
