Device(s) do not support Configuration Detection through Syslog

Dear Support ,

I have HP Switches J9729A 2920-48G-POE & added into NCM
Credential is Telnet-Tftp is assotiated it But NCM Can't Detect any change in configuration & can't take Backup configuration!! what is reasons?
