Device not added (cisco 9216i)
Hello everybody,
I have big problem adding my switch in Opmanager when i try to add it with ip 172.26.175.250 its gives me message it has been addes succesfully , then i try to find it it says it is not there...i have try the tool remove db and it does not work it does so that i has removed the entry then its the same process i add it again and it does not show up i dont know what is the solution the device is snmp enable and the network which i m using where the switch belongs to it discover rightly so.
now another thing is there when i try to discover the same switch using OPUTIL it work perfactly with only 1 try it discover the switch and all the interface and i can collet the data.
THIS HAPPEN WITH SWITCHPORT MAPPER ALSO IT DOESNOT WORK WELL IN OPMANAGER WHERE IN OPUTIL WIHTOUT ANYCHANGE OF CONFIGURATION IT DISCOVER ALL IP AND DNS WELL.....IN OPMANAGER IT GIVES ERROR SAYSIN BRIDGE-MIB NOT IMPLIMENTED .
PLZ GIVE ME SOME SOLUTION TO PROBLEM
