Device Monitoring Issue

Device Monitoring Issue

I'm trying to monitor a variety of devices and with most of them, the Today's Availability box will either show Down (red) or Not Monitored (blue). There are no alarms, says the device is functioning properly and the Response Time is displayed as well.

I know I have something configured wrong but need some help in discovery why.
