I'm new in APManager and even after upload an image to the correct directory ("\ManageEngine\OpManager\webclient\common\images\DeviceImage") the Business View doesn't show the image I have just uploaded.

 

When I use a standard image the BV shows the image normally.

 

It should be something easy to fix, but after change the image properties some times, I give up.
