Hi,

We have a number of Nortel Passport switches, we have set monitoring poll for every minute with an e-mail alert notification for 3 missed polls.

According the reports the devices were down for a period of 3 minutes 31 seconds, but we did not receive any alerts for this.  The down time is for 5 days ago, but i cannot find anywhere that will give me the granular detail that i need, the exact polls that it missed, weather they were consectivie polls or over a given period.

Can you advise please.
