I have a requirement from the customer who are not comfortable to do the exercise of providing the IP Details.

The customer contract is based on the Device Serial Numbers and we have mapped these details in our ITSM Tool.

Now,the concern is how are we going to do the device discovery provided with the Network and Server Access Credentials and start IP/end IP + Subnet Mask.
