Is it possible to assign a device control policy to a user group, instead of a device group.

We want it so that we can create a group of users, they can go to ANY computer and they can use lets say removeable storage, but anyone else using that computer will be blocked from using removeable storage.

When in a shared computer environment defining policies on a computer base doesn't really work for us.
