Device Backup Fails in DeviceExpert

Device Backup Fails in DeviceExpert

Hi,

I have added all my required devices successfully to the DeviceExpert from Inventory tab,
But a problem is while I want to backup each of the devices it fails and give me this error message : Backup Failed , Device response for SNMP Protocol not supported.

I have backed up other switch devices successfully but in 2 of them I have this problem and the congifuration and required information are the same as the other. it gives me error in enable password prompt and i have tried them with both : and #.

As I understood success in Backup are the prerequisite for further configuration like Compliance Check and View Device Audit and etc.
So now I cannot do any further setting until the problem of backing up devices solve. Am I right??
