Device availability shows down but response time indicated is 001ms and the server responds to ping

Hi,

We have an issue whereby one of our servers is showing Down for the last 7 days, however, the server responds to ping from the OpManager host and OpManager indicates a response time of 001 MS.

Additionally the server can be pinged from the ping tool on the server dashboard.

Please advise as to how to resolve this issue if possible.
