Device already present in the System (Build 7010)

Yesterday i wanted to add one device to the opmanager. After adding the device OpManager said everything went fine but as i wanted to take a look at the device opmanager didnt find it.
So i tried to delete the device with a prepared link (copied the delete link from another device of the same type, changed the name and called it in the browser).
OpManager said that the removing of the device was initalized.
After about 30min i tried to re-add the device. Now OpManager gives me the error " Device already present in the System".
What can i do? Is there a possibility to delete it directly from the MySQL - Database? Which entries have to be deleted?
