Device Already Present
i am running opmanager 7010 and am trying to add a number of devices, but i get an error that the device is already present. when i search for the device, nothing is found.
i followed the steps in solution 1808, but received an error that it was unable to create db connection. the opmanager db is running on another sql server and is sql 2005 sp2.
please advise how to resolve this issue.
