I want to monitor SQL server have been failover, the MS SQL is running on MS Cluster.

I see there have a Performance Monitors for MS cluster "Resources Online.FileServer", when failover, it will changing state from 1 to 0 and or 0 to 1.

How to set in threshold value that can trigger if different to previous value?
