I'm actually cleaning DesktopCentral (deleting useless/temp files, we are running out of disk space).

 

I found a ManageEngine post that explain which folders/files are delete-able here : http://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/removing-unwanted-files-from-dc-how-to.html

 

It works perfectly but I found a "Patch" folder which appears to have something like backups of .ppm and uncompressed .ppm (look attached screenshot).

Is this folder cleanable or we should keep it like it is?
