I'm evaluating ManageEngine Desktop Central 8 MSP in a test environment. I've few questions regarding Desktop Central Distribution Server as I couldn't find the answers in the documents plus there are no informative videos about it.

I've installed Desktop Central 8 MSP in a test machine and configured it with the distribution server at a remote office. 

And then from distribution server, I was manage to installed Desktop Central WAN Agent in different computer without any interaction to that computer (Just needed username and password). Now in the Desktop Central console, it shows 1 managed computer under remote office.

Now I've the following queries:

1- How will distribution server get the patches and provide it to the the computer where WAN agent has been installed.?

2- Do I have to install WAN agent to distribution server? 

3- How can I manage Desktop Central itself and Distribution server?

4- How can I manage LAN machines from Desktop Central 8 MSP.
