Desktop Sharing not working
I have a couple of problems:
#1) I can not get the Agent installed on about 1/4 of my workstations. I *have* followed the suggestions in the knowledge base that deals with this particular issue.
#2) On the workstations that do have the Agent installed, I am not able to use the Desktop Sharing feature. It says "Connecting..." for about 10 seconds and then I get an error messge that reads "Operation Aborted! Click Connect Button".
I have just installed the latest hot fix 60117 today. I was having the same problems before the hot fix. The hot fix did, however, resolve the problem of keeping my CPU usage to 100%.
