Desktop Sharing
The current version of desktop sharing is slightly faster but it lacks the VLC-like features it once had prior to our hotfix update, such as sending ctrl-alt-del and other remote keyboard features. We are using build 60109. Also, if I hide the desktop sharing toolbar, I don't know how to get it back. I couldn't find any instructions in the help documentation. After hiding the toolbar, I have no way of disconnecting the session (alt+f4 fails, ctrl+q fails, esc fails). Is there a keyboard shortcut to terminate the session if the toolbar is hidden?
Another thing, before the hotfix we used to be able to view the users' login screen and remotely send a ctrl+alt+del to log in. However, the latest version of desktop sharing requires that the user be logged in on the computer before the "presentation" can begin. This is a setback for the remote management function of DC6 and we use this feature very often.
