Desktop Central upgrade error

Hi Team

we upgraded DesktopCentral to latest Hotfix 70127, but after upgrade, the message on the Login says you need to upgrade to 70127, but upgrade manager gives 70127 hotfix as applied. After upgrade the webclient is also not working. we dont have access to any TABS
