Desktop Central ULA & Legal question

Would it be possible to have a copy of DC ULA ? We have a legal concern, regarding licenses.
We purchased DC with 1000 nodes to support our business, we currently have 300 computers that are actively managed, so we have 700 free nodes. We need to deploy a couple of software to our client, which is about 600-800 users. My question is do we need to buy extra nodes or since we will add the computer to DC, install the agent, push the software, remove agent and remove PC from DC, since we don't provide additional support, it's legal to stay with 1000 as we won't have more then 1000 PCs in DC at the same time.
