Desktop Central tried to apply MS DNS Patch KB2647170 to a Windows Server running ISC Bind

I suspect that the detection algorithm for KB2647170 may be incorrect.  Desktop Central just tried to install KB2647170 on a Windows Server 2003 x64 that is actually running ISC BIND instead of MS DNS.
