Desktop Central service will not start after upgrading from 10.0.707 to 10.1

Desktop Central service will not start after upgrading from 10.0.707 to 10.1

I upgraded 10.0.707 to the latest (#10.1) and now Desktop Central service will no longer start. I even reverted to the last weekly AWS Volume Snapshot and the service still does not start and confirmed we are on the 707 version after recovery.

I have a case open with support but response has been to far in-between on such a critical matter.
