Desktop Central remote control help
I am trying to use the remote control component in Desktop Central. When I click to start the agent, a new window pops up saying "Please wait...Establishing remote control connection on -"computer name". After this nothing happens. The screen just keeps saying that it is establishing the connection.
I tried accessing several computer from my machine with the same results. It used to work on Windows 7 but I recently installed Windows 10. Has not worked since. I am using Google chrome version 46.0.2490.86 m. Any suggestions?
