Desktop Central Patch Issue

Hi,

We Have IT Setup of 150 Desktop,Laptop & Server. All Desktop & Server are Connected to AD, while All Laptop are in Workgroup.

Earlier we use to have wsus Server for Windows Patch management for Desktop/Laptop/Server. Wsus was working fine. Whenever there was new machine, it use to the detect the machine & do the patching.

Now we shifted to Desktop central, the issue is whenever there a new PC it detect the system, but it do not install the patches. It show new PC in High Vulnerable System.

Last week we had chat with Support team. they we implemented APD. But the system with High Vulnerable System detect are at same stage.

Issue is only with New System, rest is working fine in desktop Central.
