Desktop Central Not Keeping Browser Logged In

We are wanting to place a system in the IT Office that cycles through our various monitoring software and it seems that Desktop Central is not keeping the browser logged in.  I haven't paid close enough attention to identify how long exactly, but we upgraded from 70213 to 70216 with no change.   After refreshing the page manually over a period of time, it just goes back to the login screen with the "Keep Me Logged In" checkbox checked.
 
Is there another alternative to get certain views visiable w/o login?...  say the home page or other in a 'read-only' mode?
 
I should add... IE9 32bit on a Win7x64sp1 system.  Default security settings, but reset them just in case.  DC is forced to SSL through settings, although we are using the self-signed it creates (i.e. nothing external).
