Desktop Central MSP 10.0.218 Agent install

Hi, I am trying to push the agent to PC's using the new Scope of Management feature. As we moved from the non MSP version to MSP, some of the PC's still have the old agent installed. Will the SoM install remove the old version or will that have to be done manually?
