However we are looking at transferring our 6000+ clients to this as well, they all use individual remote offices however is there an automated way to complete this without having to uninstall/reinstall the agent on each machine. 

We have amending the serverinfo with the registry on individual clients but we haven't had any success with this and additionally we have tried to install the agent from the desktop central server however this also fails to complete the process. 

Can you offer any advice at all regarding this process.
