I tried to use Duo Mobile for MFA for Desktop Central.  When I tried to login, after entering my password, I was prompted to scan the QR code.  I did that and entered the code from Duo.  The next screen prompted me for a one-time password.  I refreshed the Duo Mobile app and entered the passcode but DC wouldn't accept it.  Am I doing something wrong?
