Desktop Central MDM - Deploy Enterprise Apps with "Parameters/Variables"

Is it possible to deploy iOS Enterprise Apps with pre-defined Paramterers?
For instance, deploying a VPN iOS app to devices with the VPN settings (url, username..) already configured through a configuration file.
I know this is possible with other MDMs such as VMWAre Airwatch, but i ahve not seen this option in Desktop Central MDM ?
