Desktop Central manage software licenses
Hi,
a customer recently bought the Desktop Central software.
He needs to manage software licenses but he has two problems:
1- the Microsoft office licenses are 1 for each PC and this is easy. The problem arise with Citrix users. Each user should have is own license. How they can count them?
2- they have several licenses for Lotus Clients no matter the version, unfortunately the DC counts each client version as a separate software. How they count the whole Lotus Clients installed instead?
