Desktop Central Log Review

Hi Friends

We have installed a Desktop Central 8 with ServiceDesk Plus V. 9. During these days, the server which are installed these tools has been slow. I have been reviewing the log files and I found as following:

I don't know if Desktop Central tries downloading some patch from this URL and if it can cause the issue. I wonder if there is a way in order to tuning the server. 
Likewise, when the server was slow, there were traffic highest along the network. So, what actions we can executing in order to testing the performance of the tools?
